Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unwashed Lola Blanket in its original packaging or a similar protective mailer to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in good condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
